We will provide you with some possible dates. You pick a date that would work, and we will send you a marketing flyer that you/ we can edit with the date, purpose, and list of items we do and don't accept. You pick a location easily accessible for people to drop off spread out over a week or two. If storage is an issue, we have had people collect items and arrange for them to get to the store that same day, but it is better to have a place to store them. After collecting your items, we arrange for them to get to the store. We have had churches rent a truck or trailer and bring things to us, or we are more than happy to do the same and come pick them up. When the items get to the store, we have volunteers ready to move them, and a lot of excitement follows. Within the next week, we will send a thank you card acknowledging the people who helped pull it off.
